Analyst notes
as of 29 July 2026- Spend is at a 12-month high and efficiency held. July is pacing to roughly $13.2K through the 28th against $11.3K in June, with 138 conversions at a blended cost per conversion in the low $90s. That is under the $100 target in a month where spend grew about 16 percent.
- Demos are the constraint, not trials. Free trial starts are running 120 to 130 a month and cost well under target. Book a Demo sits at 8 to 12 a month, so cost per demo is an order of magnitude higher than cost per trial. Moving the demo number is worth more than adding trial volume.
- The April build-out is carrying the growth. Nonbrand_Outreach_Exact_US, Nonbrand_Tracking_Reporting_Exact_US and Nonbrand_CRM_Content_Exact_US all launched 4 April and together account for a meaningful share of the incremental spend since. They are converting, so the theme expansion beyond discovery is working.
- Competitor search is new and worth watching. Competitor_Search_US launched 22 May. Competitor queries convert well on this account, but they are also the easiest place to overspend, so it needs a cost per conversion check every couple of weeks.
- Free trial completions are not visible in Google Ads. The GA4 event is imported as a secondary action, so Google reports no counted conversions for it. If completion rate matters for reporting, the fix is in the Google Ads conversion settings, not in this dashboard.
